Doug has worked for more than a decade arguing facts to juries and arguing the law to judges, including to the judges at that Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court. In addition to his work in the courts, Doug has taught criminal defense at BYU law school and served on the Utah Supreme Court's Advisory Committee for the Utah Rules of Criminal Procedure, helping to write the rules that judges use in court everyday.
